Start with brushing your teeth with coconut oil it will kill the bacteria better then any other toothpaste besides that it will help to get rid of the pain with hot and cold in 3 months your teeth will be much better @Bass

Never gave a shit about dental care. My teeth serve their purpose to cut, gnash, grind and mulch nutriments which I decide to ingest for my physical sustenance. Never had a cavity or need of dental surgery. I'm in my 40s.
