Yes, he is a bit odd, but is at least he is clean cut and well-dressed. However, if you notice, his fingers nails are like a woman's. Strange to say the least.

I did look at some other videos and the least I could say is that he is quite eccentric and somewhat effeminate. I am not sure if it is an act, as supposedly his attire and the way he talks is akin to a 1940's US radio commentator. Perhaps it is some sort of persona he had made up.
