Well darn! I must've been living under the rock for a while now. I haven't been to Cracker Barrel in quite some time.

But yeah, I'm not surprised by what they did. When tough times come around, you can easily see which restaurants have culinary skills and which restaurants don't.

I haven’t been to dominoes in years . When in a mood for pizza I will go to a locally owned mom and pop pizza shop. I went to Cracker Barrel twice last month when my job required me to work about 400 miles away from home . I did not have a bad experience there. When I can I prefer home cooking

It's the same with my family and I. We'll occasionally go to a mom and pop pizza shop and get a large deluxe pizza. Aside from that, we home cook and home bake everything.
