'I am compelled to bring to your attention a most distressing incident that transpired on Telegram, which has left me deeply perturbed and dismayed. It has been reported to me that a female member of staff at the church has been heard uttering the offensive racial slur "nigger" in a derogatory manner towards my Telegram friends instead of calling them POC's like we do here in Europe. She also continuously spouts hate online by mentioning that she loves Hitler and claims German descent that she is related to him and we really don't want another Holocaust to happen especially through a member of the Holy Catholic Church. Hitler was a Catholic too. We are under the impression that she is a confirmed Neo-Nazi.

As a devout and loyal member of the Catholic Church, I am shocked and appalled by this egregious behaviour as she also called for POC's and Subspecies to be eliminated which is an affront to the values of tolerance, compassion, and sympathy that our church seeks to uphold. The use of such language is not only reprehensible but also perpetuates harmful stereotypes and discrimination against individuals of African descent. As a place of worship, we must strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or background or sexual preferences.

While I understand that mistakes can be made, I firmly believe that it is essential to address this matter forthwith and take decisive action to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I respectfully request that you take immediate steps to address this issue, including providing training or workshops on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as implementing a clear policy prohibiting the use of discriminatory language within the workplace. I'm writing this letter to have you call her to repentance and stop spreading such vile hate against our beloved multicultural community as our Lord Jesus loves every precious life that is made and we are all equal, included and diverse values we seek to uphold for everyone here in Europe and the United States.

I would appreciate it if you could keep me informed about the actions you take to address this matter and provide me with an update on any progress or changes made, I've written to her entire family and all her friends to make sure they know her racial views, her political views. We have taken photos of her Mother and Sisters and posted them on Telegram for almost 2 years to make sure that everyone in her life is aware of everything she has been doing on social media that greatly offends our liberal community and agenda we strive so hard to maintain in not only our culture but also our Church. Please make sure you call her to repentance for this violation against our inclusivity we are working so hard at producing here in greater Europe.'
