Question is only how and what phycological tricks do we need in order to make them our tools, not their tools???
You see EXAMPLE computers are made with the possibility for them to spy on us, RIGHT?
But there are hackers who use computers to spy on them and expose them in power, RIGHT?
Same here with these social robots that are self learning. The only way they can prevent this from happening is if they can remotely shut them down, but that would mean the client will ask his money back, to a point companies would have problems.
Or they could make an built in defect that is remotely used by them in power, and to save the companies they in power donate the money loss to the companies.
However that faces a problem, the problem that we who are against them are not stupid either, some of us have the intelligence enough to reprogram the robots and shut down the self destruction function too.

Have you ever seen the movie "Shell", you should cause in that movie the bad guy is actually the good guy who hacked inside robots to attack them in power and the mafia too.
