Actually if you make close conversation with muslims they will say that they are above the law of the land and that is what they practice in all European countries once they are in large enough numbers to do so. So even if the quote is taken out of context it is what they believe.

Catholics and protestants are not taught in church to ignore the law of the land. They are not told they can use the women of the qonqered as they wish. They are not told to kill or enslave everyone outside their faith. Only Judaism and islam has this baked into their ideology.
