Have you ever seen the round-to-death ratio for ANY military engagement? It's always high, no matter what they are shooting. In the case of the Taliban, they are firing rifles which probably need a barrel change, on full-auto, and have never been correctly zeroed.

That depends on its action. If it is a pump gun, then probably yes, if it is a tube fed semi, then maybe not.
