Spammers now can't leave replies on the video site. (same blocking code as in the comments, they'd evolved to start spamming replies instead)

Also made some adjustments to the blocking system there.

Yeah, it's a little ridiculous, the whole reason I changed it the other week was someone complaining about it, then the SAME person was complaining about the new results that they were totally happy with before! lol
